Tiny Tigers
Looking for a great, structured activity for your 4-6 year-old? Our Tiny Tigers program offers a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect and discipline. In addition, it is designed to improve physical skills and enhance the ability to pay attention and follow directions. All classes are taught using the safest, most fun and exciting instruction methods available.
Tiny Tigers learn the material and promote in half-steps, allowing better retention and understanding of the curriculum at each level.

Karate 4 Kids
There are many reasons for kids to become involved in martial arts – increased self-confidence and self-esteem, self-defense skills, and an exciting activity that keeps the body moving!
The Karate for Kids program teaches traditional Taekwondo and uses monthly themes and “Victory Stars” to help motivate students in and out of the classroom.
Adults ATA
Looking for an alternative to a standard work-out? Taekwondo is an exciting and powerful martial art known for its dynamic kicking and hand techniques. Get a good cardio work-out while learning self-defense, increasing your flexibility, and building muscle, with the added benefit of working out your stress at the end of a long day.
