    Feel free to give us a call at (225)610-7642 and we can make sure you have everything you need! Otherwise, feel free to just show up to class at 5:15PM on Mondays and Fridays or at 6:15 pm on Wednesdays. Wear some comfortable clothes like long athletic pants and a plain t-shirt.
